The "Rifugio Pordenone" hut is located at the mouth of the Val Montanaia valley and the Val Meluzzo valley, on the wooded foothills on the slopes of 'Cima Meluzzo'.

The hut was built of stone and wood and consists of about ten rooms of 2 and 4 beds each. Considering the large room on the upper floor, one finds 65 beds in the shelter.
