Es war das Jahr 1995, als meine Frau Franca und ich beschlossen, die dritte Station der Monesi-Sesselbahn zu kaufen; ein verzauberter Ort, an dem wir zunächst als Familienrefugium lebten, wo wir zusammen mit Kindern und Enkelkindern unvergessliche Momente verbrachten.
Der Name "La Terza" als dritte Station des Sessellifts, der von den 50er bis in die 80er Jahre ganze Generationen von ligurischen, piemontesischen und französischen Skipisten zu einem damals sehr renommierten Skigebiet gemacht hat.
Im Laufe der Jahre wurde die Idee geboren, es zu einer alpinen Schutzhütte zu machen, und in kleinen Schritten begann die Idee Gestalt anzunehmen; Heute ist es ein sehr einladender Ort, der Platz für etwa 30 Personen bietet.
Es wird weiter daran gearbeitet, die Kapazität der Gäste und Dienstleistungen zu erhöhen.
