Trans-Ligurian: Stage 3 from Molini di Triora to Realdo

From Molini di Triora over Monte Saccarello (2201 m), the highest peak of Liguria, to Realdo.
On the third stage from Molini to Realdo it's not about the direct but the most beautiful way. And that leads over the highest peak of Liguria, the 2201 meter high Monte Saccarello. Its elongated ridge slopes gently to the north, almost vertically to the south. The route now balances along the ridge in between. On clear days, the view reaches as far as Corsica. After a long descent follows the ascent to Colle Ardente, behind which the mountain village of Realdo crouches on a rock.
