The Refuge is located at the foot of Monte Pelmo at an altitude of 1918, easily reachable from the dirt road that starts near the first curves of the Passo Staulanza. Situated along the route of ALTA VIA n.1 which crosses the Dolomites from north to south, due to its easy accessibility, it is very popular with families as well.
