This stone building is one of the doors of the Vanoise National Park. This door is in the heart of the valley of the Orgère closed to the north by the Aiguille Doran and Rake Aussois. Close to that "place where barley is cultivated" (hence the word "Orgère"). Here, it is not uncommon to see goats on the slopes of the Aiguille Doran and marmots along the Povaret the stream.
You can dine by the large fireplace in the dining room, decorated with a permanent exhibition (fauna and flora of our mountains).
An entertainment room will allow you to watch movies, or attend lectures by a ranger of the Vanoise National Park.
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, enjoy the evening conferences given by the Ambassadors of the Companions of the Vanoise National Park, wildlife and flora.
