Unsere Hütte beteiligt sich an der Initiative Mit Kindern auf Hütten, die von über 100 familienfreundlichen Hütten der Alpenvereine in Deutschland, Österreich und Südtirol mitgetragen wird. Unsere Hütte eignet sich für Kinder ab 7 bis 8 Jahren. Zu den Erlebnisbereichen für Familien mit Kindern zählen der Radlsee und der Spielplatz im unmittelbaren Hüttenumfeld sowie zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten zu den nahegelegenen Almen, auf die Königsangerspitze oder den Hundskopf.
Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist nach wie vor das zweimal SONNE ERLEBNIS mit einer Übernachtung: Sonnenuntergang am Königsanger – Sonnenaufgang am Hundskopf und danach ein köstliches Frühstück mit Aussicht auf der Hüttenterrasse!
