Die Biber-Alpe ist eine unbewirtchaftete Alphütte auf der Südseite des Mutzentobels.
Der Name der Hütte kommt nicht von ungefährt. Rund um die Alpe sind zahlreiche Biber heimisch. Wer ein seine Sinne schärft, kann sie pfeifen hören und zwischen den Steinen gerumflitzen sehen. Die Obere Biber-Alpe ist zum Teil auch unter dem Namen Hochalpe bekannt.
