Das Naturfreundehaus am Hopfenberg wird ehrenamtlich bewirtschaftete und bietet auch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten.
ES ist Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Erlebnistouren, z.B. für Wanderungen in der Umgebung gibt es Vorschläge im Haus, der Pfinztaler 3-Häuser Rundweg, Radtouren gibt`s von eben bis ganz schön hügelig und ganz neu seit Mai 2012 den „Natura Trail-Radweg“.
