Das Mittereckerstüberl liegt auf 752m mitten im Toten Gebirge am Ebensee. Die Hütte bietet keine Schlafmöglichkeiten!

Zugänge: Von Ebensee - Steinkogel in Richtung Offensee, beim E-Werk rechts abbiegen, Weg Nr. 211 - 2,5 Std. Bis 10. Mai über den Almweg ab 11. Mai dann auch über den Ursprungsweg erreichbar.

Vom Schwarzenbachparkplatz erreicht man das Mittereckerstüberl in ca. 55 Minuten.

Die idyllische Wanderung zur Hütte führt zuerst den Schwarzenbach entlang und ist auch für Kinder geeignet. Dann folgt man dem alten Almen- und Winterweg durch den Wald.

Der Ursprungweg ist von Anfang November bis ca. Mitte Mai wegen Wildfütterung gesperrt. Bitte Tafeln beachten.

Es hält nur jeder 2. Zug - bitte im Fahrplan unter "STEINKOGEL BAHNHOF" suchen.
