Welcome to the Konstanzer Hütte!
Our hut is one of eight huts on the Verwallrunde trail (www.verwall.de), but it also serves as a great base for exciting day hikes. Detailed information and photos can be found at www.konstanzerhuette.com
Our hut is part of the “Mit Kindern auf Hütten”(With Kids at Mountain Huts) campaign, an initiative by the Alpine Clubs in Germany, Austria, and South Tyrol promoting family-friendly huts. It is suitable for children ages 7 to 8 and up. Our activity areas at the hut: a pond, bouldering rocks, and an outdoor climbing wall; nearby: a high moor, streams suitable for swimming, pastureland with alpine livestock, the Verwallalpe with cheese and butter production; a natural lake and wildlife viewing. In winter: ski touring is possible under certain conditions
