The hiking cabin is located on the Donnersberg, the highest point in the Palatinate, right in the forest and yet easily accessible by car. We are open every Saturday and Sunday as well as on holidays from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

The hiking cabin is located on the Donnersberg, the highest point in the Palatinate, in the woods yet easily accessible by car. We are open every Saturday and Sunday as well as on public holidays from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. A point of contact for extended hikes, a resting place for lunch and coffee, hearty Palatinate dishes and refreshing drinks for hungry and thirsty hikers. Homemade liver dumplings with fresh sauerkraut or pea soup with knackwurst await you. Landjäger and Palatinate sausage as well as original Palatinate Saumagen round off the offer. Oven-fresh cakes from Grandma "Brigitte", along with coffee, tea or hot chocolate, you have the choice.

The Celtic Hut is open for you on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM as a hiking hut.
Otherwise, the hut can be individually booked for celebrations of any kind.
