Hochstein Hut
With the Hochsteinhütte (2,023 m), the Lienz Section of the Alpine Club operates an ideal stopover for ski tourers, skiers, hikers, and cyclists. The hut is a popular destination for young and old alike, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Lienz and the Lienz Dolomites.
In summer, the hut is accessible by car via the toll road Bannberger Straße, just a 5-minute walk away. Buses and RVs can also drive up.
