Unsere Hütte ist Teil der Kampagne Mit Kindern auf Hütten, eine Initiative der Alpenvereine in Deutschland, Österreich und Südtirol für familienfreundliche Hütten. Sie eignet sich für Kinder ab 3 bis 4 Jahren und älter. Unsere Erlebnisbereiche für Kinder: Alm mit Weidetieren; viele Gämsen; leichter Klettersteig (Jubiläumsklettersteig) für Kinder mit Klettersteigausrüstung; Kinderhütte mit Spielgelegenheiten im Wald; Bademöglichkeiten im Tal, Slackline beim Hüttenwirt; Steinebaustelle im Bachbett

Haustiere - In allen Schlafräumen sind Haustiere verboten!
Außer es wird ein Raum deklariert in welchem auch Bergrettungs- und Blindenhunde (etc.) nächtigen können. Diesen kommt eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Das Unterbringen von Tieren muss in jedem Fall vorab mit dem Hüttenwirt abgeklärt werden.
