Stáda oviec a kôz agrosalaša sa pasú na pastvinách v podhorí Národného parku Malá Fatra, zaradeného do ekológie, preto mlieko a syry nesú punc ekoproduktov. Ekologický agrosalaš spĺňa výrobné a hygienické štandardy Európskej únie, zachováva však všetky tradičné výrobné postupy. Byť svedkom procesu spracovania a výroby môžete byť aj vy, veľmi radi vám v prípade záujmu ukážeme celý priebeh a poskytneme výklad. Pochúťky, ktoré vyrábame z ovčieho nepasterizovaného mlieka, sú certifikované Ministerstvom poľnohospodárstva SR ako "tradičné špeciality".
