Die Falbesoner Ochsenalm ist noch eine der wenigen Almen im Stubaital in der Umgebung wo Milch, Butter und Graukäse aus der eigenen Erzeugung stammen und das hausgemachte Brot wird von Kennern sehr geschätzt.
Sie liegt auf halbem Wege zwischen dem Hüttenparkplatz und der Neuen Regensburger Hütte. Sie ist beim Wandern im Stubai der optimale Rastplatz für alle Besucher der Neuen Regensburger Hütte.
