Rifugio Eita is about a 4-hour walk from Grosio, from which it can be reached by a convenient mule track, or the location can be easily reached by any means, from the road that can be traveled by car on the left side of the valley or via a more rustic route suitable for trekking or mountain biking on the opposite side.
From Grosio follow the signs for Valgrosina, past Fusino proceed to the right in the direction of Eita.
The road for motor vehicles is managed through a daily permit that is issued by the municipality of Grosio or in the village of Fusino at the vending machine near the church.
