Thanks to its good location, the hut is also an ideal hiking destination in less favorable weather, easily reachable in a short time. The newly renovated guest rooms offer a rustic and cozy hut atmosphere. Children also have the opportunity to let off steam in the indoor playground.
For little hiking heroes, the Edelsbergütte has a special surprise with its hut playground: an indoor playground with a climbing wall, suspension bridge, slide, and plenty of space outside to romp around.
Even in the cold season, a wonderful winter hike to the hut can be undertaken. It's enjoyable not only with snowshoes but also for winter hiking.

- Thursday - Sunday: 11.00 - 17.00 hrs
- Open every Thursday and Saturday with reservation for dinner until 10.00 pm
- Day off: Monday - Wednesday

Rooms
The Edelsberghütte is picturesquely situated on an idyllic plateau on the southern slope of the Edelsberg. Cozy apartment chalets offer overnight accommodation for 2 to 8 guests. The hut combines rusticity and comfort in the midst of nature - the perfect retreat for peace and relaxation and an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. Please note: Our mountain restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. The chalets can therefore only be booked without breakfast/meals on these two days. The hut can only be reached on both days by hiking (no transfer).
