Zamilujte sa do vône rán a večerov s výhľadom na lúku Havrané, kde každý okamih naberá špeciálnu atmosféru.

Objekt sa nachádza v severovýchodnej časti Národného parku Muránska planina, na severovýchodnom úpätí kóty Veľký Cigán (1 226 m n.m.), v bezprostrednej blízkosti zeleno značeného turistického chodníka, smerujúceho od Šindliarky smerom na Studňu na Muránskej planine.

Objekt pozostáva z kuchynky, spoločenskej miestnosti a dvoch izieb s balkónom na poschodí. Izby sú zariadené manželskými posteľami s oddeliteľnými lôžkami. V spoločenskej miestnosti sú situované dve dvojposchodové postele, nerozťahovací gauč, jedna prístelka, konferenčný stolík a kreslá. Kuchyňa je vybavená malou kuchynskou linkou, kuchynským stolom, lavicou, piatimi stoličkami, základným kuchynským vybavením a plynovým varičom. V objekte nie je zavedená elektrina ani voda, vykuruje sa drevom. Suchá toaleta je umiestnená v blízkosti objektu. Najbližší zdroj vody je výdatný prameň Studňa, ktorý sa nachádza 3,3 km juhozápadným smerom od objektu.
