On the southwest slope of the Aggenstein, already on Austrian soil, lies the Bad Kissinger Hütte.

Various hiking trails from Pfronten or from the Tannheimer Tal lead to the popular hut of the DAV, the Bad Kissinger Hütte. The mountain hut features a spacious terrace and cozy dining rooms. For hikers, the Bad Kissinger Hütte provides a great opportunity for a well-deserved refreshment before tackling the final stretch to the summit of the Aggenstein. Established since 1880, the hut also offers overnight accommodations.
