Die Alpe Scheidwang wird seit Jahrunderten bewirtschaftet, bereits 1404 wurde sie erstmals erwähnt. 183 Hektar, 120 Stück Vieh, Schweine und Hühner gehören zur Alpe, die auf 1317 m Höhe liegt.
Von der Alpe Scheidwang aus erschließt sich ein wahres Bergwanderparadies im südwestlichen Oberallgäu. Ihr habt die Wahl zwischen Gipfeltouren auf den Siplingerkopf und den Hochgrat oder einer gemütlichen Wanderung durchs Lecknertal.
Die Alpe bietet ab der Sommersaison 2021 keine Gästebewirtung mehr an.
