With 22 kilometers of ups and downs along the Oderbruch, this summit challenge route is a real test. Along the way, there are also a few towers to climb, and the summit cross of the Märkischer Watzmann is on the route. Good fitness is required for the altitude gains on this day route in the Bergwanderpark near Bad Freienwalde, right at the gates of Berlin. However, partial sections are also possible.

    Sehr schöne Tour, ruhige Wegführung fernab von Straßen. Meistens im Wald/Schatten. Ab und an gibt es Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr. Lässt sich gut mit einem Besuch des Museumsdorfs in Rüdersdorf zum Abschluss verbinden (8 Euro). Tour könnte in Woltersdorf abgekürzt werden.

    Sehr schönes Gelände. Allerdings ganz wichtig: um auf den Turm zu kommen, muss ein Eintritt von jeweils ein Euro pro Person gezahlt werden.

    Gerade im Herbst ist das ein wirklich magischer Weg durch die goldgelb gefärbten Buchenwälder. Und abwechslungsreich noch dazu. Von den Parkanlagen in und um Bad Freienwalde über die Sprungschanzen bis hin zu den Türmen mit ihren zum Teil fantastischen Aussichten ist das ein rundum schöner Wanderweg.

    Der Hinweg zur Kieselwitzer Mühle war sehr, sehr schön. Ein Moment der Entschleunigung. Ich rate jedoch dazu, Mückenspray dabei zu haben. Ab der Kieselwitzer Mühle könnte man den Schlaubetal-Wanderweg auch noch anders weiterlaufen. Wir haben uns aber nach der Route der App gehalten und fanden den Rückweg nicht mehr so schön. Am Ende muss man auch über die Leitplanke über die Straße klettern. Stelle ich mir für ältere Menschen schwierig vor.

    Wir haben fast jedes Jahr diese Wanderung einmal in großer Gruppe gemacht. Immer wieder eindrucksvoll. Ich halte es für den schönsten Teil des Schlaubetals. Leider verkehrt die A400 seit 3 Jahren nur noch bis Kieselwitz . Somit lässt sich diese Tour nicht mehr mit öffentl. Verkehrsmittel planen. Schade..... :(
