The Forsthaus Beckenhof and the PWV Wanderheim Starkenbrunnen are located directly on the path and invite you to a hearty meal at the halfway point, and the Landgasthaus Ständenhof is also reachable within a few minutes on foot from the trail.

    ... gelungener Rundweg ... großer, kostenloser Parkplatz als Startpunkt eingangs Ruppertsweiler. Danach geht es kurz durch den Ort, ehe es über Forstwege und Pfade hoch zum Maiblumenfelsen geht. Abwechslungsreich geht es bergab vorbei an diversen Felsformationen, die mit ihren diversen Schichten eindrucksvoll das Alter der Erde aufzeigen, hinab. Vorbei an den beiden großen Lokalitäten, geht es wieder rauf zum Ruppertsfelsen und der Burgruine, die beide derzeit (April 2025) und wohl auch die kommenden Jahre, wegen Wanderfalken Brutatätten, von Februar bis Juni gesperrt sind. Eine Umleitung ist ausgeschildert. Vorsicht, hinter dem Starkenbrunnen geht es unvermutet vom breiten Waldweg rechts ab auf einen Pfad, was sehr leicht zu übersehen ist. Das Wegelogo wurde hier entfernt ! Nach der Umleitung um den Ruppertsfelsen, geht es noch vorbei an einem Gedenkstein gegen das Vergessen, Richtung Ausgangspunkt der Tour. Ein Dankeschön an die Gestalter des Rundweg, die, bis auf die eine Stelle, siehe Screenshot, sehr gut ausgeschildert ist ...

    anschpruchsvolle Sehr schöne Tour, allerdings braucht man für diese Tour ein GPS Gerät da keine genaue Beschilderung und sich mehrere Wanderwege verbinden und kreuzen. Am Anfang versperrt ein umgestürzter Baum den Pfad und man läuft den falschen breiten Weg.
