Mount Pelf is the third highest peak of the Belluno Dolomites and definitely the easiest. The strenuous ascent is rewarded by a long series of panoramic views, especially along the final long ridge.

A totally forgotten corner in the Prampèr realmIn the area of Cima di Prampèr, there are only a few summit destinations feasible for mountaineers. However, those without overly ambitious plans can be quite happy with an ascent of Cima del Venièr. We start the summit climb at the Sommariva hut, which we reached the previous day through the Prampèrtal. Via Forcella Piccola and the secluded cirque around Casera di Cornia, we reach the very rarely visited height.

Into the heart of the Prampèr DolomitesThe construction of the hut on Pramperèt in 1923 was not due to an association, but to the initiative of an individual, the former Viennese ice cream vendor Tita Sommariva from Forno di Zoldo. Located in the middle of the Prampèr Dolomites, it serves as a base for all three subgroups: Tàmer, Talvena, and Prampèr. The refuge can be reached through the Prampèrtal, past the paradisiacal Pian dei Palui and the Malga di Prampèr. Even without a summit, this is a rewarding tour as both landscape enthusiasts and hut wanderers get their money's worth.

Strenuous Two-Day Tour through Zoldin and AgordinoThe Monte Tàmer group south of the Duran Pass can be circumnavigated on adventurous mountain trails, an endeavor that demands some practice and endurance. The convenience of a staffed base at the farthest point as well as the views and insights enjoyed along the way into the rocky realms of the Zoldin and Agordino Dolomites make the circuit interesting for explorers of unknown natural beauties.

I liked this trail because it offers very different surroundings and options in a relatively short walk and difference in altitude.

Great views in the first half. There is no reasonable route to the top. The other half is almost always in the forest, so no views there. Also my watch indicated much stronger climb than outdooractive. Ot was 1400m without reaching the pick itself in the middle of the route
