    Wir (68und62) sind die Tour gestern bei hervorragendem Wanderwetter gegangen und wunderten uns über die nicht vorhandenen Wanderer. Als wir dann den Zickzackpfad hinabstiegen wussten wir warum 😄. Es ist ab da eine wirklich anspruchsvolle Tour für etwas geübtere Wanderer und genau das macht sie einfach wunderbar!

    Hervorragender Wanderweg mit allem, was der Thüringer Wald zu bieten hat. Schöne Singletrails, tolle Hohlwege, super Aussichten und bestens ausgezeichnet. Bei KM 8,9 - 9,0 liegt der Wegweiser versteckt am Boden (Windbruch, Baumfällarbeiten?), da aufpassen, sonst wird es ein wenig länger ;-) Es immer wieder schön zu sehen, wie toll die Natur vor der eigenen Haustür ist.

    Schöne Tour. Immer wieder Pfadpassagen die für Abwechslung sorgen. Werra-Teich war leider abgelassen. Tip: Unbedingt auf den Turm der Rennsteigwarte Masserberg gehen. Phantastische Rundum-Aussicht. Nach Werra-Teich dem Schotterweg entlang der Werra folgen bis rechts ein schmaler Pfad weiter entlang der Werra bis zur Quelle folgt.
