Durch aussichtsreiche Getreidefelder wandern wir von Gingst bis in den winzigen Weiler Landow. Gleich am Wegesrand beginnt der Nationalpark Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft und blitzt die Wasserfläche der Landower Wedde. Im Ort lohnt sich der Besuch der Kultur- und Wegekirche sehr, die an der Europäischen Route der Backsteingotik gelegen ist.> Vom pittoresken Gingster Markt 01 folgen wir der Karl-Marx-Straße in Richtung "Dreschvitz". Bereits nach 200 m schwenkt die Tour rechts auf die Ummanzer Chaussee ein. 200 m nach dem Ortsausgangsschild von Gingst lässt sich die Route von der Radwegbeschilderung "Unrow" nach links auf einen Feldweg leiten. Südwärts wandernd gelangen wir durch wogende Getreidefelder ins winzige Unrow 02 . Die Route behält ihre Richtung bei und verlässt das Dorf auf einem Betonplattenweg in Richtung "Landow". Wir sind nun direkt an der Grenze des Nationalparks Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft unterwegs. Kurz vor Landow rückt rechter Hand die blitzende Wasserfläche der Landauer Wedde ins Blickfeld. Landow 03 selbst – idyllisch inmitten ausgedehnter Weiden gelegen – beeindruckt vor allem mit einer außergewöhnlichen Kirche. Ein Blick ins Innere des Bauwerks lohnt sehr, da es häufig für Ausstellungen genutzt wird. Auch Konzerte finden hier zuweilen statt. Die Wanderung orientiert sich nun an der Beschilderung "Rügenhof über Dußvitz/Samtens". Nach 900 m schwenkt die Route dann allerdings auf einen Betonplattenweg links ein und verläuft durch Felder sowie an einer landwirtschaftlichen Anlage vorbei hin zu einer Straße. An dieser halten wir uns links und gelangen ins nahe Dreschvitz. Im Ort überqueren wir die Durchgangsstraße, nutzen den Feldweg gegenüber, halten uns später links und erreichen so die Bushaltestelle von Dreschvitz 04. Der kleine Ort wurde 1314 durch einen Eintrag auf einer Besitzurkunde erstmals erwähnt. Heute hat er etwa 750 Einwohner.
