Gestartet mit meiner heutigen Wanderung bin ich beim Dorf Arch im Kanton Bern. Schon kurz nach dem Dorf überquere ich auf einer modernen Brücke die Aare und komme in den Kanton Solothurn. Lange folge ich dem Aarelauf bis ich zur Autobahnbrücke komme, eine ganz moderne Hängebrücke die die Aare überquert. Weiter geht die Wanderung immer am Aarelauf entlang durch wunderschöne Natur bis ich zum Dorf Altreu komme. Dieses Dorf ist sehr weit herum bekannt durch die viele Störche die sich dort angesiedelt haben, es wird auch das europäische Storchendorf Altreu genannt. Die Wanderung geht weiter der Aare entlang mit Blick in den Jura zur Hasenmatt und auf den Weissenstein, bis ich in der Stadt Solothurn ankomme und dort auch meine Wanderung beende.
