Weingut & Heuriger Humer

Weingut & Heuriger Humer is picturesquely situated on the south-eastern slopes and foothills of the Manhartsberg in the south-western Weinviertel, about 50 km from Vienna. The typical soil of this region, consisting of loess, sand and loam, sometimes even primary rock, has a great influence on the wine and gives it its own characteristic typicity. The 21 hectares of vineyards are carefully cultivated and quantity is consciously avoided in order to give the wines a distinctive expression and character.
In addition to the winery, a seasonal wine tavern is also run, which was redesigned in 2018. During the redesign, emphasis was placed on a combination of modern and stylish ambience. Guests can now enjoy a light-flooded restaurant area and a covered garden. Regional delicacies, special culinary delights and alternative light cuisine are on offer.
