Our boutique restaurant das Kranich invites you to linger in the historic atmosphere of Burg Schlaining and indulge in our regionally and seasonally inspired delicacies.
Our offerings range from hearty warm dishes to light fresh salads, as well as small snacks for between meals and coffee and cake. Also, vegetarians and vegans will find something to enjoy, and there is a special children's menu for our younger guests. You can choose between small and large dishes, depending on your appetite.
