FROM GRAPEVINES...

For years, we have searched for and re-cultivated the best vineyards in the most impressive and steep terroirs in the region. We consistently plant with white Burgundy varieties and Pinot Noir using selection massale from Burgundy and from our own vineyards. The only exception is the historic monopole FEIGENWÄLDCHEN, located like an island in the Black Forest, whose Buntsandstein is mostly planted with Riesling and a small plot of Spätburgunder.

AND FROM CATTLE

From the beginning, we have been engaged in holistic wine-making, putting the plant, soil, animal, and human in the center of our work. Biodynamic methods and the keeping of Highland cattle, which enliven our cultural landscape, underline our approach to diversity. With the 2022 vintage, our work will be certified as biologically dynamic and will receive the Demeter seal.

ENJOYMENT FIRST

A whole level will be dedicated to enjoyment over the cellar and winery and will offer unique views. Regional products, such as the meat from our own Highland cattle, form the center of an upscale, light and fine cuisine. After tasting and wine experience, we would like to offer a small culinary revelation on the generous terrace in the future.

Wine Tastings

You are warmly invited to taste without an appointment during the winery's opening hours. Choose your tasting arrangement on site and immerse yourself in the world of KOPP wines:

• Estate wine tasting 10.00 € per person with a sparkling wine and four wines *
• Range wine tasting 15.00 € per person with a sparkling wine and four wines *
• Site wine tasting 20.00 € per person with a sparkling wine and four wines *
• Sparkling wine tasting 10.00 € per person with our three sparkling wines *

*always including baguette & Ebanat table water.

If you make a purchase worth 100 € per person, we will refund the tasting costs per person.

Moderated wine tastings by prior arrangement, plus 10.00€ per person (with a minimum flat rate of ten people).
