As a nature park innkeeper, we are naturally very happy to serve you typical Black Forest dishes made from the best regional produce at the Naturparkhotel Adler. In this way, we support our farmers and preserve the marvellous landscape. But the most important thing is and always will be: you, our guests, enjoy the flavour! As a guest in the Black Forest, you should not miss out on this under any circumstances!
The trout and game dishes come from local hunts and the hotel's own enclosure and pond. And the hotel's own patisserie conjures up all kinds of cakes, tarts and confectionery as well as the famous Black Forest gateau on your plate!
