At the Neugarten Almseehütte on the Gerlitzen Alps, host Hans is happy to welcome you and offers a variety of culinary delights.

You should definitely discover the water adventure world and the Kostale trail.

The Neugarten Almseehütte is located at 1,600 metres above sea level in the heart of the popular Carinthian ski resort Gerlitzen Alpe. Your host, Johann Maier, is one of a kind. As a farmer and hiking guide, he attaches particular importance to a healthy lifestyle. Sport and nature are his great passions, which is why most of the products are from his own farm.

Whether you take the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn cable car up from Annenheim and follow the hiking trail on foot, or take the Gerlitzen toll road from Arriach by car: many paths lead to the hut.
