In the self-service restaurant, Frankfurter sausages or goulash soup for a snack are on the menu,
as well as hearty Engadine soup with smoked cuts of free-range pork with root vegetables and winter herbs,
or smoked venison sausage on savoy cabbage and potatoes with winter turnips and rye bread.
Large groups are also welcome in the Gerlitzen summit house!
