The Leiling winery, idyllically located near the French border in Schweigen in the Palatinate, offers an exclusive selection of wines.
In addition, for some time now, the company has also been offering unusual-sounding wines such as "the companions" or "Prima Ballerina" under the "Boom BOttles" brand.
MOST OF OUR VINEYARDS ARE LOCATED IN THE BORDER REGION OF ELSASS. THERE WE CULTIVATE TOP VINEYARDS SUCH AS THE RÄDLING OR OUR SOLE VINEYARD STEINGRUBE. RIESLING, SPÄTBURGUNDER AND GRAUER BURGUNDER GROW HERE UNDER THE BEST CONDITIONS, WITH SLOPE INCLINATION AND SOUTHERN EXPOSURE. WE ATTACH GREAT IMPORTANCE TO THE CAREFUL CULTIVATION OF OUR VINEYARDS. HANDWORK, HEALTHY GRAPES AND GENTLE PROCESSING IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.
Gentle pressing with low pressure in the basket press makes mechanical processing of the must unnecessary. Many of our wines ferment spontaneously without fermentation control in oak barrels. The aging is done with minimal use of pumps and filters.
