Soils, purpose, Burgundy, down-to-earthness - Becker
Karlheinz Becker's winery is located on the Southern Wine Route in Heuchelheim-Klingen. Karlheinz has managed the 13-hectare estate since 1986 and repositioned it in 2016. Soils, purpose, Burgundy and down-to-earthness are the four major themes that will be communicated in a targeted manner from now on.
The reorientation was triggered by the generational change. The son Dominik gradually takes over responsibility for the business and continues to develop the winery with a primary focus on Burgundy and Riesling, a new wine cellar and a design relaunch including a contemporary website are evidence of youthful ambition as well as family cohesion and a revitalising striving for quality.
