We cultivate 12 hectares of vineyard, which are spread around Hainfeld and thus feature different soil structures such as marl, sandstone, slate, loess-clay... – soils that you can taste!
For 30 years, winemaker Ralf Hundemer has been running the winery. Since 2020, Fabio has also joined the family business. He completed his training at the Möwes, Nauerth-Gnägy, and Knipser wineries in 2016 and obtained his degree in viticulture from LVWO in Weinsberg in the summer of 2019. During his three-month internships in South Africa in 2018 and 2020, he was able to gather many ideas and new inspirations. This year, he started his first trial cultivation with the grape variety Chenin Blanc.
If you visit the winery for a wine tasting, you will mostly meet Angela Hundemer, who is responsible for wine sales and customer service, among other things.
Julia completed her studies in wine business management at Heilbronn University in 2019 and is currently working for an online wine retailer in Munich. However, she is clear that one day she wants to return to the family business.
