The Bitzel family manages about 14 hectares of land, extending into Alsace. 10 hectares of this area are vineyards, located within the grand crus of Bad Bergzaberner Kloster, Liebfrauenberg, and Schweigener Guttenberg. All wines are produced on-site and come from these vineyards. 4 hectares of the cultivated land are dedicated to fruit orchards, where apples, mirabelles, cherries, pears, and plums thrive, forming the basis for the extensive range of spirits.
