Our restaurant "Refugium," with its 30 seats, offers exquisite dishes in an extraordinary ambiance. Under the historic ribbed vault, we serve you straightforward cuisine made from top-quality products. Our kitchen team led by chef Martin Opitz warmly welcomes you! The combination of modern German cuisine, freshly prepared daily, and a monastic restraint offers you pure culinary enjoyment in the "Refugium" restaurant. On the menu, harmonious creations such as terrine of goose liver with peach and green almonds or sea bass with chanterelles, passion fruit, basil, and corn foam can be found. Refreshing herbs, medlar, quinces, or mulberries from the monastery garden round off the dishes. Of course, you can also choose à la carte; our service team will gladly assist you.

Restaurant Column Room:
In the rooms of the former "dining hall" of the monastery, alongside the "Refugium" restaurant, you will find the Monastery Table and the Column Room. As part of our arrangements, you will enjoy finely tuned and daily changing menus as well as accompanying wines in a historic ambiance. The Column Room can accommodate up to 30 people, while the Monastery Table can seat up to 18 people. Smaller celebrations can take place in these rooms upon request.
