The Wine Boutique

Visit our wine boutique on the ground floor of the villa. Here you will find our entire selection of sparkling wine and Secco, as well as wine-based cocktails, non-alcoholic "sekt" and a whole variety of sparkling gifts and delightful souvenirs.

The Sparkling Terrace

In the traditional Munich beer gardens, guests are allowed to bring their own snacks; they purchase their beer directly from the tap - it's uncomplicated, the visitors feel comfortable, and the atmosphere is very relaxed, casual, and easygoing.
This is the inspiration for our sparkling terrace: You bring your "treats": whether simple pretzels or elaborate canapés. You decide what you want to eat, as you know best what you like. You purchase your drinks - sparkling wine and Secco - directly in the wine boutique. Open: from May to October and in good weather.

Sparkling Wine Tastings & Cellar Tours

A tour of the vaulted cellars followed by a sparkling wine tasting in our wine boutique is sure to be not only very interesting and informative but also quite enjoyable.

We welcome you in the wine boutique with a glass of Secco as an introduction. Afterwards, we will take you to our vaulted cellars. Here we explain the process of creating sparkling wine – from the selection of suitable wines to the various methods of bottle fermentation all the way to the finished sparkling wine.

You will also learn quite a bit about the history of the sparkling wine villa. The building, one of the most beautiful Gründerzeit villas in Neustadt, impresses with its staircase, which has been restored under monument protection, and the walnut room, which has been preserved in its original condition. The architectural culture of the late 19th century and modern sparkling wine culture come together harmoniously here.
Back in the wine boutique, we will taste our sparkling wines with you. Enjoy the different sparkling wines in a light-hearted, cheerful atmosphere.
