Genuss-Gastwirt Saarland Gold 2017/2018:Markus Keller, Wernâs Mühle, Ottweiler-Fürth: âGefüllter mit einer Walnuss-Schmelze an Zanderfilet und Sommergemüse
In Wern's Mühle können Sie nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung auf dem Mühlenpfad, einem der beliebtesten saarländischen Premiumwanderwege, einkehren und bei einem gemütlichen Glas Wein oder hauseigenem Bier den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das Landhaus liegt inmitten der Natur und bietet die Möglichkeit, auf der Sonnenterasse mit Blick auf die Oster oder unter einem alten Kastanienbaum im Biergarten zu verweilen.
Die Gerichte werden fast ausschließlich aus Produkten der Region hergestellt. Mit seinem Gericht âWalnuss-Mehlknäppcher mit Biopilzenâ überzeugte Markus Keller im September 2015 die Jury und erhielt verdient den Titel Genuss-Gastwirt Saarland 2015/2016 in Bronze. Bei der zweiten Auflage des Wettbewerbes konnte Markus Keller sogar den Sieg erringen.
