Pasteleria de Belém is a tiny cake shop in the district of Belém in Lisbon. It is known for its Pastéis de Nata.
The cake shop started to bake its famous pastéis de Belém back in 1837. Based on a traditional receipt from nearby Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, they are made out of flaky pastry and cream. Nowadays, they are well-known even outside of Portugal.
