From Sintra to Lisbon

Portugal is, like hardly any other southern European country, known for its picturesque bays, fine sandy beaches, and diverse coastal landscape. The Algarve is probably the most famous coastal strip in the country. Those who want to enjoy it away from the often overcrowded beaches should take an exploration route on the national road N 6. Along the route, a colorful mix of various sights awaits to be explored: from the more tranquil coastal town of Colares over classic postcard motifs like Cabo da Roca to a ride with Sintra’s traditional streetcar, the panorama route couldn't be more varied. The route ends in the vibrant capital Lisbon.
