Entstanden ist das Harzer Urquell, ein wunderbar hopfenbetontes und blank filtriertes Pilsener, das mit einer goldgelben Farbe sowie einem Bouquet nach feiner Rauchnote begeistert. Leicht süßlich, fruchtige Hopfennoten erfreuen die Nase, es ist schlank und mild im Antrunk. Auf der Zunge entwickelt sich ein angenehm herber Geschmack, und die feinperlige Kohlensäure umspielt den Gaumen.
Gebraut in der der Altenauer Brauerei nach einer eigens entwickelten Rezeptur, in einem entschleunigten Brauverfahren, wie zu Großvaters Zeiten ist das Harzer Urquell ein ausdrucksstarkes Pils, direkt aus dem mystischen und rauen Harz.
Erhältlich ist das Harzer Urquell vom Fass in der "Ruinenromantik" in Quedlinburg sowie im handlichen Sixpack in fast allen Getränkequellen im Landkreis Harz.
