Strong female power at the entrance to Grächen. For a year now, Heidi Pulver and her colleagues have been welcoming locals and guests from all over the world with a warm smile at Cafe Central. Here you can start the day with a delicious breakfast, enjoy regional dishes for lunch and in the afternoon flatten your nose at the cake display case to choose between the homemade appetising pâtisserie pastries. Anyone who would simply like to meet in the colourful cafè for a glass of Valais wine or a beer is just as welcome. The place is bustling all day long.
