O ROOTS Aljezur é um acolhedor restaurante café vegan e loja biológica no coração de Aljezur. O espaço, com decoração vibrante e pormenores em estilo “lounge”, convida a momentos descontraídos – quase como estar na nossa casa.
O menu é totalmente vegan e saudável, com destaque para os waffles de batata-doce, taças de açai e granola, sopas sazonais, saladas de quinoa e beterraba, guiozas e nuggets, doces caseiros, bebidas quentes e frias. A pausa ideal para a sua caminhada pelos trilhos da Rota Vicentina.
