In the heart of the forest, 7 kms from Haguenau, Manuela opened her restaurant in 2000, after being seduced by the place. The chef prepares homemade daily specials, stews, baeckeoffe, sauerkraut, flambéed pies, and others, including game all year round. And after an autumnal stroll, you can enjoy warming up in front of the fireplace. A closed terrace that can be used all year round. In summer, the tables are set on the terrace facing the forest. Not to be forgotten is the children's playground and the small animal park behind the hostel, which is a delight for all. Happiness far from everything... Mentioned in the backpacker's guide published in 2017.
