Welcome to the heart of the hotel, a place with a long and beautiful history where it all began. Here, tradition and modernity come together in harmony, maintaining the character while looking toward the future. Lovingly designed spaces and an attentive team provide an ideal setting for culinary specialties.
With a respectful approach to regional products, the kitchen team presents Eifel specialties, German-French classics, and their own creations daily, which delight the palate with great attention to detail.
Five different rooms together form the restaurant: Wirtschaft & Stübchen, Pitt-Kreuzberg-Stube, im Pääsch, Maaruferstube, and im Carré. Stylishly brought into the present day, they are full of memories and history. The connecting component is art – from the artworks on the walls to fresh flower arrangements to the culinary art on the plate. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, as well as dinner, are served continuously here. In summer, the garden terrace is also available.
