Agrigelateria founded in 2008 by Elisabetta who wanted to transform the farm's milk into something good so that people could enjoy the genuine taste of fresh milk.
At the shop in the centre of Cavaglià you can enjoy frozen yoghurt and ice cream flavours including Fiordilatte, Piedmont hazelnut, zabaglione of Passito di Erbaluce, cream made with fresh eggs and unusual flavours such as rose, lavender and natural garden mint.
The fruit sorbets are made with top quality fresh seasonal fruit, no colouring agents, semi-preparations or fortifying agents are used, thus leaving the natural flavour of the fruit. Thus you can enjoy ice cream with a minimum of 50 per cent fruit pulp up to watermelon, which contains as much as 70 per cent.
In the shop you can also find a showcase with semifreddo cakes also made in the traditional way without preparations and preservatives.
