A fast-paced toboggan run or a leisurely bus ride leads directly to the Burestübli. With hot and cold cuisine, great value is placed on the best quality, freshness and origin.
For three generations, the Burestübli has been serving fine Grisons specialities, a daily freshly prepared daily platter and, of course, cheese fondue or raclette all year round. The wine list features numerous producers from the canton, while the menu with grills, trout and preserves meets the highest standards of quality, freshness and origin. Specialities: cheese fondue and raclette as well as fine Graubünden specialities, asparagus in spring, game in autumn, regional wines.
