Starting from the hiking parking lot in Leibertingen, this challenging circular hike takes you through the Upper Danube Valley: past the former Steighof of Beuron Monastery and Bronnen Castle, down through the Bronner Cave into the valley to the Jägerhaus, up to Knopfmacher Rock with a mountain house stop, on to Beuron and Beuron Monastery, over the bicycle bridge, and back up to Wildenstein Castle with a final stop at the castle tavern. A tour through the densest concentration of castles, caves, rocks, and history in the entire Upper Danube Nature Park.
