From Grainau to Verona - Part 2: From Merano via Bolzano, Caldaro and Termeno to Riva del Garda.
From Merano, the route follows the "Via Claudia Augusta" cycle path, which in this part coincides with the Etsch Valley cycle path. In Bolzano, we turn off past Schloss "Siegmundskron" onto the "Bolzano-Caldaro" railway cycle path, which runs on an old railway track. Then it continues along the Wine Road to Termeno. From here we ride again on the Etsch Valley cycle path and continue to Trento. After Rovereto, we turn right and via the "Passo Giovanni" we reach Lake Garda.

Von Verona nach Torbole am Gardasee. Nach dem Start in Verona geht es zunächst zum " Canale industriale Camuzzoni " und vorbei an großen Kiwi-Plantagen nach Bussolengo. Dort treffen wir auf den " Canale Biffis " und den Radfernweg " Ciclopista dell' Adige e del Sole ". Auf der Ciclopista fahren bis zum Ort Marco und biegen dann nach links in Richtung Mori. Nach dem " Passo Giovanni " kommen wir über Nago nach Torbole. Von Torbole gehts am bächsten Morgen mit dem Busshuttle zurück nach Garmisch Partenkirchen.
